Another rough day at work today. Some people really shouldn’t be managers. Mine really has it out for me, worst manager I have ever worked with by far. Ever since I confronted her about how she’s been treating me unfairly, she’s doubled down and made every effort to make working there awful, making sure I always work the days that she’s working, making sure to assign me to the task I’ve told her I’m not well suited for and gives me health issues, scheduling me with another nightmare employee that often lashes out and micromanages even though she’s not even a manager. I would love to leave and find a new job but we’re moving in likely 2-3 months and if I leave now I’d just start another job and have to leave again. I hate feeling trapped. Good managers are few and far between, and if you have one, be grateful you do because it is a blessing. Too many people let management get to their heads and use that power to abuse the people under them.
