Bit of a slow month this month for site updates. I feel sad, because there’s so much I want to get done and I just don’t have the time with the holidays coming up. I’ve started working on making an interactive AI NPC for the library. Still under construction but it’s getting there. I really want to develop this ‘world’ I’ve created here and build more lore, and make it really immersive. I love the concept of AI npcs in video games, and I kind of want to make it so that my site feel more or less like a visual novel based on the world I’ve created here. My site is personal, but I also want it to be suuuuper interactive, like it’s an alive magical space. I’m just really excited to keep developing this space more and more and do more character and world building. It’s a lot of fun!

As for the holidays, I’m pretty close to being ready. I have a few more gifts to make. I just have my mom’s last gift to make, as well as gifts for my sisters and my grandmother and then I think that’ll be it. I also need to read 4 more books in order to complete my goal the year! It’s the only New Years Resolution I think I can fully complete and I’m SO close. Right now I’m still trying to get through When The Moon Hatched, and I’m also listening to Quicksilver on audio book. After these are done I think I want a break from romantasy and am going to switch over to contemporary romance. I’m thinking of reading Verity by Colleen Hoover next. I’ve heard it’s super good and I guess a bit more of a thriller so it might be a good pallet cleanser.

Reading aside, I also need to start thinking about my New Years resolutions more. I think I talked about it here before already but I’m probably not going to extend my reading goal next year. 24 Books is a really great and balanced amount for reading I think. 2 books/month is a really balanced pace and gives me time to enjoy my other hobbies, such as working on this space, gaming, and crafting. Speaking of crafting, I still have so much to sort through with that massive crafting lot I received recently. I actually don’t have space to practically use it all here, so a lot of it is going to have to go into storage for now. At this time, I have more beads than I know what to do with so no more bead buying for me. I’m happy with what I’ve got and I have more than what I’ll probably use in a lifetime. I love making jewelry though. They make for really great gifts. I made jewelry for all my female coworkers and good luck charms keychains for all my male coworkers. They loved them. 🙂 I still have a few more left to give but the majority of gifts have been given now.

Anyways, that’s all that’s really new right now. I’ve been a bit slow on the Facebook page lately too sadly, due to the holidays. Will pick back up on it in the New Year.
