Augh. Caught my husband’s cold and now I am bed bound for the next week at least probably. Maybe I’ll finally get caught up on site things. 🤣 Honestly though, for the most part I feel like I just need a bit of a hiatus from tinkering and being super active here. I just haven’t been feeling like working on it the past little while and I think that is okay. I still like coming on here to do these ramble little blog posts, though, I doubt anyone actually reads them. It’s still a nice outlet and I am thankful this space online exists for me.

The past week or so I have been a little distracted with my new Kobo Libra Colour. Holy heck I love it! This is my very first eReader and I went to town with decorating it and really making it personal. In addition to creating the case decor and charm, I’ve also made come custom lock screens for it and a digital book tracker. In addition to reading it’s just become something I have enjoyed really getting creative with customizing. 💕

I am hoping to get out more this summer but literally every day I have had free and intended to go, the weather forecast changed last minute and thunder stormed. 🤣 And crazy enough, I intended to go today or tomorrow, and got hit with this nasty cold last night AND it thunder stormed AGAIN today. So, this is the third time in a row it has thunder stormed when I just wanted to have a beach day and I’m starting to think that maybe it’s just not meant to be. 😭 Our dog also has fleas and it’s been a nightmare trying to get rid of them. It’s kind of just be a crappy month so far, in addition to a crappy year but there have been some upsides at least which I am trying to stay focused on. There are some things I think didn’t work out and was a blessing in disguise, even though I still feel hurt and angry in some aspects, I am so thankful some things did not come to pass because it would have been a nightmare situation later. And maybe there’s a solid reason why fate keeps intervening every time I try and go to the beach. 🤣 Who knows. At least I have my Kobo and the thunder storms make for really cozy reading days so, there’s the upside.

Anyways, I’m going to TRY to get caught up on webring requests this week. I make no promises, all depends on how knocked out I am from this virus. Will get caught up very soon though. 💕
