In other news, I received 6 free tarot/oracle decks at work on Monday! They were going to throw them in the garbage and I said NOPE they’re mine now. 😆 A lot of my co-workers are Christians (hence, why the decks were fated for the trash) and were probably horrified watching me dig through the box they dumped them in, collecting them all. They probably all think I worship the devil now lmao. Such a deep misunderstanding Christians have of these things. I’ll probably add them into the Cauldron page at some point with my other decks.
I am really excited about the Doreen Virtue deck because as far as I’m aware her decks are no longer in production so this one might be rare now. I’ve never been a big fan of the artwork on her decks but the last angel deck I found of hers really resonated so I have no doubt this one will be similar. I’m also really excited about the Kipper and Lenormand decks. They’re two different systems I’ve actually never heard of. They’re the same idea as the tarot, where you learn and interpret the symbolism, It’s just a different structure. They’re all beautiful decks though, a little wear but overall in great condition. I can’t help but wonder the circumstances to why they were given up. Either way, it was a blessing and these surprises definitely make the challenging days at work a bit better.
